Ms. Trautmann has led the way in helping Symrise replace outdated copiers with New Xerox multifunction office equipment. This has not only provided increased productivity, and functionality, but has also reduced costs substantially!
A review in 2008 showed that Elaine's efforts had resulted in a 17% reduction in overall office equipment expenses. Elaine is constantly looking to make sure that Symrise takes advantage of the newest technology Xerox has to offer. Recently, she began acquiring Xerox printers that use Solid Ink. By choosing these printers, which provide superior color and reduce waste, Elaine is helping to fulfill Symrise's company-wide directive to create green work environments.
For her continued efforts on behalf of Symrise, we would like to recognize Elaine Trautmann, as an Outstanding CDS Xerox Customer!

Upcoming Events
On November 13, 2008, CDS Xerox and A2X Consulting co-hosted our first Green Business Event, Go Green and Save Green: Sustainability for Small Businesses. The event was a great success! Not only did many attendees learn about several Green Business succes stories, but they also learned simple steps they can take today to make their businesses Greener while also cutting costs!
In March 2009, we plan to hold our next Green Business event. Here we will again focus on ways that you can Green Your Business and save money and maybe even make money!
