"It says 'Incorrect paper size or orientation is loaded' but I know I have the right paper in!"

This is a common user error that most often we don't realize we are doing!
There are a couple things to check to make sure you haven't made any mistakes.

1. Correctly identifying its size and weight.  Check the sticker or label on any paper package and there should be some indication as to the proper description.  If a g/m2 weight is available, use this weight to determine the proper category.

For example a coated 260g/m2 card stock would be labeled as Coated 3(221-280gsm) - make sure you use the same media settings in both the printer and the printer driver on your computer.

2. Orientation. Make sure that the paper is facing the right direction.  If you choose 8 1/2 x 11 LEF, that means Long Edge Feed, so the 11" side should be on your right side, like a "portrait" setting.  SEF means Short Edge Feed like "Landscape" - when printing a booklet, SEF is always required!
