The CDS Guarantee provides that, if any office copiers or printers do not meet the manufacturer’s service up-time standards and CDS is unable to resolve, CDS will, at your request, replace it without charge with an identical model or, at the option of CDS, equipment with comparable features and capabilities.

Except for previously installed equipment, the CDS Guarantee is effective for three years following the equipment’s installation date, unless the equipment is financed for more than three years, in which case the CDS Guarantee is effective during the initial term of financing.

For previously installed equipment, the CDS Guarantee is effective for one year.

The CDS Guarantee only applies to equipment that is continuously maintained by CDS or its authorized representatives under a factory certified warranty or maintenance plan.

Xerox quality is assured as the equipment undergoes an extensive 9 point quality certification and testing process that ensures the product you are receiving is of top quality. As the original equipment manufacturer, we have the expertise to provide the best in Xerox pre-owned equipment quality with a highly trained technical staff using 100% Xerox sourced or manufactured parts.

The 9 point quality process:

  1. Remove all covers and repaint to Xerox specifications
  2. Remove and rebuild the fuser assembly, developer housings, and all paper handling transports
  3. Pressure clean the chassis, electrical harnesses and remaining attached assemblies and parts
  4. Inspect all parts, harnesses, and electrical connectors for excessive wear and /or damage
  5. Replace or repair all excessively worn or damaged parts 100% replacement of all drive belts and filters
  6. Each system is configured to customer order and adjusted to Xerox specifications
  7. Each system is stress tested by running a minimum of 10K prints with zero paper jams and/or job interrupt errors using the latest field release software
  8. Final inspection and quality approval sign off is performed by our lead technician
  9. The system is packed per best commercial practices and shipped complete to your Xerox approved rigger
