Occasionally, you may require an on-site visit from a customer service engineer when a repair is necessary. We have service operations available locally that are ready to dispatch an experienced engineer when needed.
Because of a well-defined parts distribution system, and the strategic placement of service depots throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic, we can provide parts locally or overnight, thus minimizing any potential downtime. Some of the additional advantages our service provides are rapid call acknowledgement and total service call closure, free software upgrades and patch installation, and application support via a toll-free hotline.
In addition to using only factory-certified personnel and the use of OEM parts, we do not make incentive payments to technicians to contain parts or shorten the call duration. We want our technicians focused on providing the best level of service, so we do not compensate them for “not replacing” parts or rushing a fix.
